I found this program in early Jan , after trying to find something less stressful on the body! I have some dance training from over 40 years ago, and this program really intrigued me! From the very first workout, I felt a big difference in my posture!! I stood much straighter and felt taller! I have done many other forms of exercise from weight training, to high impact cardio and power yoga. I absolutely feel at home doing this workout and I can't wait to wake up and turn on my streaming to this program!!

    28 Days of Prayer

Totally excited about the Day Health Challenge, I was well on my way with my daily workouts when I was stricken with the flu and unable to work out for 3 weeks! Fortunately, I resumed my morning routine 6 days ago and am back on track despite my adjusted calendar! Feeling so much better! I always love the Day challenges. They encourage me to get into the Classical Stretch habit, if I've been lax.

Thanks for providing an extra push to keep moving and healthy in ! We had such a lovely time and I haven't skated for - well, probably 12 years. I felt confident to do it because I am on day 21 of the 30 day Essentrics challenge and I really felt like my muscles could handle it.

It's not even just the strength of them: that is nothing to shout from the rooftops about, but it was more the confidence that even though I haven't skated for that long, I felt like I wasn't in danger of pulling anything or hurting my knee or losing my balance. That's what I love about those exercises: they are so practical and do give you confidence in real life activities.

Even all the snow shoveling I have been doing recently feels safer because I have been following the program. It is also good to branch out from the basic routine I had been doing.

But it has laid a good foundation for understanding the other exercises. Anyhow, I thought I should just thank you for letting me know about the program. It really has made a difference to me. I've been doing Essentrics a little haphazardly since this past summer, but have finally gotten on a more regular and consistent schedule, doing a workout almost every day. I wasn't doing either of the challenge programs specifically, but I really have noticed a difference. I am 58, and for a variety of reasons, had gotten more sedentary. Christian Resources

Now I am more flexible, I can walk better after occasional bouts of planar fasciitis in the past, and my wonky knee and hip are better when I don't forget to stretch. The first exercises I used to do are now too easy, and I am slowly bumping up to harder ones, if they aren't too fast ; Plus, I simply enjoy doing Essentrics more than other workouts!

I used the videos available on YouTube and was able to do most days. This offered a chance to try exercising different body areas and become familiar with Essentrics. At this point, I feel stronger overall as well as having a slimmer waist. Thank you for offering the challenge. This helped so much with motivation. I tried sessions I never would have attempted. I feel my posture is so much better - and I never thought my feet and hands needed so much more flexibility! It really does make a difference. I have arthritis in my knees and decided to give Essentrics a try.

I have been following the 30 day health challenge pretty faithfully.

I've only missed a few days. I look forward to seeing what workout is in store for each day. Miranda and her instructors are so encouraging. At first I thought I couldn't do some of the exercises, but I've kept at it and have been able to do more than I thought.

The challenge is almost over and I am feeling stronger and more flexible. I love this program!! I have been doing Essentrics since I have worked out at least times a week plus the exercise vacation in Mexico a year and a half ago. This challenge I have only missed two days when I was away. Even then I did a little by myself and did double for two days when I returned. My massage therapist is astounded by the tone of my muscles and skin. It has only gotten better because I worked every day during this challenge. My muscles feel flexible and strong. I teach 10 to 12 hours a day 5 days a week It is important that I stay fit!!!

I share videos with my students and talk about Essentrics all the time. They can't believe that at 72, I am so flexible and strong. I was surprised the other day when one of my students, a school teacher in her early 60s, said she had been trying Essentrics. She isn't a person I would have dreamed would do this at all.
